I followed instructions but around 30 mins later 1 pair of the eyelash fell off… 🤔 though I love the design of Demi, adequate and not ostentatious

Regarding the lash drop off, typically there are 3 main reasons why they do: 1) Magnet issue, 2) Eyeliner issue, and 3) Lash band length issue.
